Room description
This townhome was built about a year ago and is still in pristine condition. It’s 3 bed, 2.5 bath. It’s just me starting April 1, and ideally it would just be one other person to split the house. It’s $1000 a month, and we would split garbage, electric, and WiFi. $1000 deposit. I have a 25 pound senior pup who doesn’t get along with other dogs, so no dogs please. If interested, you’ll need to fill out an app with my landlord (he’s super cool).
