Home is occupied (master bedroom) by a young male professional. Accepting applications for either of 2 bedrooms. Considering either two male or two female renters between 22-35 to occupy each of the two rooms. One room is furnished and the other is empty. The ideal candidates should be looking for community and stability with affordable rent in a great neighborhood on the south side of San Antonio.
The housing development is just minutes from 410 for convenient access to the city. The rent includes all utilities and driveway parking for one vehicle. The 2nd bath will be shared with the other bedroom. The dining room table seats four but has expansion for eight. The open kitchen and living room is spacious and welcoming and shared with all tenants. The living room has a very large comfortable couch and TV with many streaming services provided. There is a patio and grill for outdoor enjoyment.
