Option 1: One Room: Furnished room: rent $500 per month.
Option 2: Two Rooms (maximal one per room: a total of two people for two rooms): rent $900 per month.
1st furnished room: bed or futon and a small glass table with a chair
2nd furnished room: small mattress.
You will have access to the rest of the house, including the living room, kitchen, washer, and dryer.
You will have a shared bathroom with only one people (male).

All bills will be paid (Water & Electric only). Must have a clean record.
