Looking for roommate. I am looking to rent out the rooms (any 1 or 2 room).
4 bed room house, 2 bath and 3 car garage.
This is a quiet, safe community (3 minutes drive from Green Valley Ranch Casino)
Guest bedroom (share bathroom):
Rent: $700/mo, $700 deposit (refundable)
Master bedroom (own bathroom, walk in closet):
Rent: $1,100/mo, $1,100 deposit (refundable)
Utilities include: Electric, water, sewer, trash, gas and wifi.
3 car garage and 3 car drive way parking. Washer and dryer inside the house.
Near by Green Valley Ranch Casino, restaurants, banks, grocery stores, gas station and others.
I am non smoker and non drinker.
Looking for a roommate who is quiet and clean person. The room is unfurnished.
The guest bedroom for rent are never use since I bought the house, the carpet still brand new.
One of guest bedroom come with french door (all solid wood and not class) is larger than other 2 bedrooms.
