Chill environment. Working professionals during the week, and sometimes drinks during the weekend!
Open use of common areas (70" tv in living room with surround sound speakers, 60" tv in kitchen, we don't cook much but open use of the kitchen space.
Safe neighborhood, plenty of parking, utilities included. Upgraded 1tb internet. Room comes with queen bed, desk, 6 drawer dresser, and mounted tv and sound bar, and closet. You'll have your own bathroom.
Plenty of amenities, food, gas, gym, grocery, etc.
Right off 101/Yerba Buena exit. Easy to get to freeway!
