I apologize for the messiness in the photos. I am currently moving out. The room is 200 sq ft, not including the large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs bedroom next to the upstairs den. The kitchen and living room are downstairs. There is also a small backyard and two car garage. Safe area.
Utilities usually run $150-200 more a month depending on usage, sometimes less.
