Rent is $650/month with utilities included.
It's a three bed, two bath mobile home, the bedroom on the far right end is up for rent. Comes with it's own bathroom, a small closet, a twin size memory foam bed, dresser, nightstand and lamp. Bedroom is 14' x 8.5'. Has a nice back porch and outside shed for extra storage. Living room and kitchen are merged and is a common area. No pets allowed, we already have one husky and two cats, all are friendly! It's me(26) and my boyfriend(29) who rent the house, we just have an unused extra room on the far end of the house from our room. We have internet, and some streaming services I pay for already. I'll even throw in YT premium while you rent with us, and if you pitch in money for groceries every month, I'll make home cooked meals 4 days a week. I work from home, so the second bedroom is my office, and the master bedroom is where we sleep. We have a gaming system set up that you can use when it's not being used, but there are also four outlets in the bedroom if you wanted to set up a TV of your own with your own console. There is enough parking in front of the house for three cars. Also comes with washer and dryer. This would be the perfect place for a college student and offers some extra privacy, its a 15 minute drive to both Western Iowa Tech and Morningside Universities.
