**WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR**
First and foremost: INTEGRITY. I must be able to trust that you are honest, reliable, respectful and that you keep your word! You can count on me to do the same.
Please be employed with a full-time, steady job and have a reliable vehicle.
You will, of course, clean up after yourself and keep your room clean.
**WHAT YOU GET**
All utilities included plus WiFi and Satellite TV. Access to pool and beautiful clubhouse.
Parking is available throughout the neighborhood, just not directly in front of the house. Not a big deal – there are always spots within a short walk.
Linens: towels, sheets, etc.
**ALSO**
You will need your own TV
No pets, couples, or children.
Smoke-free/ drug –free environment.
I’m a very private person so we won’t be popping popcorn and watching movies!
I do have 2 wonderful cats, but they won’t go into your space unless you want them to.
$900.00 a month plus refundable deposit of $900.00 due upon move in ($1800)
