We have a cozy furnished bedroom available for rent in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house located in the quiet and safe neighborhood of Santa Clara. Situated within walking distance of Nvidia (about 15 minutes walk or 4 minutes drive). Conveniently close to other major tech players like Applied Materials, Palo Alto Networks, AMD, Fujitsu, Qualcomm, Intuitive Surgical, Abbott, Citrix, Dell, Arista, Marvell. You'll find yourself in the heart of it all. Plus, with easy access to bus lines, freeways, supermarkets, and plenty of dining options, everything you need is right at your fingertips.
This room comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, chair, and lamp to ensure your comfort and convenience. You'll be sharing a full-size bathroom with just one other person. Kitchen is available for light cooking. Washer and dryer are available for laundry. Lots of free parking in front of the house.
Rent is $1600 per month, covering utilities and internet. We're looking for a single occupant. We also welcome interns looking for housing.
