Roommate Wanted – Virginia Beach: Hi, I’m Joe Kieser, a 31-year-old professional and homeowner in Virginia Beach. I have a clean and well-maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath home and am looking for a responsible, respectful, and tidy roommate to rent one of the bedrooms. I’m ideally looking for a working professional or military service member (preferably male, since I live here as well). I’m quiet and clean, though I enjoy going out with friends and occasionally having people over. You’ll be sharing the home with me and my two very friendly dogs, so it’s important that you’re comfortable with pets. I have a girlfriend, but she doesn’t live here; it’s just me and the dogs in the house. A little about me: I recently transitioned out of the Navy and am waiting to start an elevator apprenticeship. In the meantime, I’m attending school and working part-time until the apprenticeship starts. I’m active in several recreational sports leagues around Virginia Beach and enjoy gaming during my downtime. This home offers a comfortable and respectful living environment in a great location.
About the space: • Private bedroom (the room is already furnished but you may absolutely use your own furniture, and the room has good closet space) • Private bathroom (Hall Bathroom all to yourself) • Comfortable shared living areas (kitchen, 2 living rooms, fenced backyard) • Wide driveway so there is plenty of parking and you wont have to park on the street. • Utilities included (electric, water, internet,) • Centrally located: 5 minutes to the highway, 15–20 minutes to most areas in VB/Norfolk
