Remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath bungalow just south of downtown St Pete off 4th St. Graduate degree professional male living alone with sociable chihuahua girl puppies. Quiet, clean and peaceful. Looking for the same in a roommate. I rarely have company over. The house has been remodeled, it is a 100 year old bungalow. Extensive security system and smart house Alexa enabled (music, tv, lights, front/back door). Quiet neighborhood. Looking to share with working professional male or female. I'm looking for someone who works full-time, who is clean, respectful and honest. A roommate to help reduce living expenses. that doesn't do drugs or smoke. NO DRAMA and a positive person. I'd prefer no other pets, but exceptions can be made.
