Room description
$1375/mo Master bedroom for rent in a 4 bedroom/2 bath house in La Mesa (by SDSU) looking for a 4th roommate! Available April 1st!
The master bedroom is connected to a solarium by a sliding glass door which can be used as an office or another bedroom, if you want to split the rent with a friend (approx $688 each). PLEASE NOTE: The room connected to the master bedroom by a sliding glass door is not as insulated as other rooms since it’s not exactly meant to be a bedroom. This room has its own door connecting from the living room, as well as a backdoor to access backyard access
Price of move-in is $1375 plus a security deposit ($2750 total)
Landlord requires background check for $50 non refundable.
No pets!! Landlords rules
Guests are okay as long as we give each other a heads up
No A/C! Master bedroom has a custom window unit that the previous tenant is willing to leave for $200 ($450 value)
