Private room available for rent in home in cul-de-sac in quiet, private neighborhood in S.E. Rockford. Room is in the front part of the house and has a 6 foot closet. Front facing window (but very secluded by trees/covered porch). Shared kitchen, bathroom & living room. Large, private front & back yard. Street parking in front of house in quiet cul-de-sac (i.e., no cars zooming by).
Small doggie who needs to remain the only dog, but a cat is ok.
$700/month, utilities included, 90 days minimum rental and last 90 days of pay stubs required.
