My apartment is conveniently situated in the heart of Rochester, providing easy access to Paint Creek, Rochester Park, and a variety of downtown dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It’s only a short drive from both Rochester University and Oakland University, combining practicality with natural beauty. Please note that you’ll be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with me. I welcome all types of cooking, but ask that everything is cleaned after use.
About Me
I have a two-bedroom apartment and am looking to rent out one semi-furnished room. I am an Indian male working professional who primarily works from home. I prioritize cleanliness and prefer to maintain a tidy living environment; therefore, those who are comfortable with a clean and orderly space are preferred. I am friendly, considerate, and willing to help whenever possible. Generally, I keep to myself but do become more open once I get to know someone. There is no drama in my household, and I value creating a peaceful, comfortable, and safe home environment, especially after a demanding workday.
