A spacious, bright, and cozy furnished room in Manhattan close to Central Park is available for rent. This fully furnished room has a spacious closet, wooden floors, air conditioner, and wi-fi. Central Park, Columbia University, Morningside Park are a walking distance away. Time Square and the theater district are a 10 minute ride by subway (train). The apartment building is close to subway stations and bus stops. Elevator, laundry facilities and a twenty-four hour concierge are in the building. Supermarkets, cafes, and pharmacy are in the neighborhood. Smoking, drugs including alcohol, pets, and parties are not allowed. Absolutely no furniture to move in. I'm looking for a responsible, clean, quiet, female student or professional for a roommate.
