THE PROPERTY DETAILS: More than just a ‘room-share’, this is an entire in-law suite. A FULLY FURNISHED in-law suite that fills the entire home’s lower-level. The rental includes a PRIVATE entrance, its own bedroom, living room and private Kitchen! Offers the perfect balance of privacy, location AND personal space, while sharing housing costs. FULLY FURNISHED - Very limited space for anything else, except maybe a desk or tv stand. Lower level of the home, so it is wonderfully cool in the summer, but also cooler in the winter. Must like a cooler household climate. Also, 10 steps into the lower level, so must be able to navigate steps.
COST: $800, with a $25 discount available with a few chores, to be discussed), so can be $775.
SECURITY DEPOSIT is $800. Application fee is $40 done by Resident Research company.

LEASE -- SIX MONTH lease to start, but seeking LONG TERM resident. The 6-months allows us to part earlier than a year it’s not working out. Past residents have lived here for years, current one 6-years.
A GOOD FIT: The current two housemates value peace, respect, and consideration for one another. Looking for someone who enjoys a calm living environment and communicates respectfully if an issue or conflict comes up.

2. NO pets, but 3 cats onsite

5. Guest policy is very limited and intended to be rare. We socialize off-site.
6. NO smoking, and NO drugs including 420.
