Room description
Fully furnished master bedroom for rent in a kids-free, three-level townhouse. The property is in a premier location within walking distance of the Ashburn Metro Station. I have a small dog, which is friendly and a hypoallergenic breed.
The room includes a private bathroom, two closets, a TV, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. Please note that while the room features a full-size bed, you will need to provide your own linens. Laundry access is available once per week.
There is a smaller room available for rent, also.
Female tenants only. No smoking, vaping, drinking, drugs, weapons, or guests allowed on the premise. Looking for a clean, responsible, and professional tenant with qualifying income and good references. Please provide an introduction upon inquiry, else will not reply.
It is conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, the Dulles Greenway (267), Route 50, Loudoun's data centers, Reston, and Dulles International Airport. It is also close to Northern Virginia Community College and the GWU Loudoun Campus, with easy access to public transportation and a 45-minute commute to Washington, D.C.
