The property has 8 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. We currently offer 4-5 private or shared room for adults, couples, independent elders or individuals seeking a stable and supportive environment. The property is located close to local parks, healthcare, stores, and accessible public transportation.
ABOUT THE BEDROOM
The READY TO MOVE-IN bedrooms are spacious available to be rented as a private or shared room. Currently, it has two single twin beds with set of beddings suitable to rent for an individual wanting a private space, two adults to stay, or a couple. It has its own television (cable installed), drawers for clothes, side tables and lamps.
One bedroom has its own private bathrooms while the other bedrooms do not have a private bathroom and may need to share with other possible tenants.
The rent price of each room is suitable for one-two people who may want to rent it together or rent it privately.

CURRENT TENANTS
There are three current tenants who have their own room. They are independent elders 55+ and above.
Security and cleaning deposit is required aside from the rent at the first day of move in. 300$ for security deposit and 200$ for cleaning deposit. Deposits and rates are negotiable.
