Room description
BYU-Contracted Housing. Apartment is located 5 minutes away from bus stops and shopping centers. 7 minute drive to BYU campus.
There are 2 private rooms available to rent. One bedroom has a private bathroom ($595).
The second bedroom has a shared bathroom with another roommate and comes with covered parking ($499).
There is a set $30 a month for fixed utilities (e.g. internet, water, trash, and sewer)
Then the variable utilities are about $15-20 per person. These cover both gas and electricity.
