The room is in the basement which is finished you will have your own bathroom and access to tv also which is in the basement, i do have a washer and dryer, in which you will have access also, if you have pets they have to be small and trained, the fee for the pet would be a 150 fee, only pet i will except will be dogs, and other questions just reach out to me.
