3 bed, 1 bath, 1087 sq ft house located in Pleasant Hill, CA. Easy access to the freeway 680. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors on either side. Large shopping center with sporting stores (Dick Sporting Goods), Coffee shops (Peets), restaurants, and clothing stores like Marshalls and Kohls.
The total monthly house rent is $1,980, so I'm looking for at least 1 roommate to split that with. Two roommates would be nice to split the rent/utilities by 3 instead of 2!
