The lifestyle is perfect, live where you vacation, the atmosphere with the fastest Wi-Fi speeds in the nation, proximity to excellent schools, shopping, dining, and the country's first 7-acre crystal lagoon that comes with a white sandy beach, swim-up bars, kayaking, paddleboarding, Wibit course, walking paths, and more.
Currently, 2 of the 5 bedrooms are occupied by me. Looking for 1 additional roommate. 1 room is available for rent, available for $1100 each. The deposit for the 1-bedroom will be half of the rent ($550 for the solo bedroom. All utilities are also included, parking is included, cable, electricity, and fast wifi internet are included.
