The roommate will have their own private full bathroom. Shared kitchen and laundry room.
I work from home so I'm pretty much here most of the time. I'm quiet, I keep to myself, you don't even know I'm here.
I do have a boyfriend, we don't live together. He lives in Franklin. He works a lot. He does come over sometimes, not a lot though. He's quiet as well and keeps to himself.
It will be a year lease - we can renew the lease for longer.
