Room description
Three newly remodeled In-Law Rooms located in the outer sunset for rent. Only one room is available and the other two rooms are occupied by two young students.
Required: non-smoker, quiet and clean, no pets and no loud music, no late activities; must be a responsible adult. $900 per month not including utilities. Typically utilities are $50 per month. Space will be available 03/01/2021. At least a one year contract and one month deposit is required. The living- and bath-rooms are shared with the three tenants.
