Lot to see, explore and enjoy around in this neighborhood like the ocean view with spectacular sunsets, Sutro Heights, Golden Gate Park, good hiking and biking places. If you love surfing it is close to the ocean or just explore nature around San Francisco at the San Francisco zoo, Thorton Beach, Lake Merced or the Pine Lake near Stern Grove where there are concerts during the summer. The location has wide streets for parking and no parking meter except moving your car twice a month for Street Cleaning. There are good shopping centers, retail and restaurants around. A low crime residential area.
One block from the L Taraval that takes you downtown or #18 bus two houses down around the corner to take you to Stonestown and SF State. Leave at 7:28 and arrive at 19th and Winston at 7:43; SF State in 15 mins.
Nice garden view. Beautiful sunsets and a cool ocean air to revive you. From the room you could hear the ocean in the evening and birds in the morning. There's hiking and biking trail that is two blocks down along the Great Highway that goes to the Golden Gate park.
