Master bedroom in spacious apartment near river

Room description

Hi, I'm 25, female, and looking for a female roommate of any age. Rent is $814/month + a $700 deposit, utilities included. The move in date is December 1st. The community is income restricted at $57,840 a year between both of us. The furniture is not included with the room, but it is spacious, in good condition, with a private bathroom, and the closet (not pictured) is walk in and of decent size.

The location of this property is amazing because our balcony and windows overlook the river + a walking trail. It's so close to Walmart it's not even a 5 minute walk, so it's insanely convenient to go grab anything you need. The apartment community has many amenities such as 2 separate fitness centers, 2 playgrounds, a clubroom, a pickleball court, grilling stations, a dog park, and plenty of parking. The kitchen and living room are very spacious, the in unit washer and dryer are large and new, and the apartments themselves were built very recently.

You're welcome to have a pet, but because I already have a cat, I would prefer another cat or a small, quiet dog. Unfortunately you can only bring one pet because the limit is 2 per unit, but otherwise I'd love to meet your critter ☺️ Mine is named Tuna (picture included) and he's a very energetic and chatty young man. He tends to be territorial with other cats, but we can work on introducing them slowly. He usually keeps his distance with dogs and will tolerate or even play with one if they're calm enough. Pet rent is $40/month + $300 deposit, but if you have an ESA letter or are able to get one before you move in, it's free.

I have strong values regarding respect, communication, and cooperation between roommates. I'm quiet, clean, receptive to feedback, and very much want to be on the same page at all times. If you're able to communicate openly with me and receive feedback as well, it should be smooth sailing 🙌🏻 😁
