Room description

The room is the Master Bedroom and comes with its own bathroom (which has plenty of storage space, a toilet and a stand-up shower) and walk-in closet.
There’s also a 3 piece bedroom set (queen sized bed, nightstand and dresser) in the bedroom already.
Utilities/Wi-Fi are included. Thermostat is in the bedroom as well as in the living room area.
Parking is directly outside the house either on the driveway or street.
Common areas like the kitchen, backyard, washing machine/dryer and dining room are free to use.
I’m currently a tenant at this property and have decided to have someone takeover my lease or at least be able to move in as I transition to move out. The landlord requires a background check, and you’ll need to pass that in order to rent the room.
I’ve already paid a deposit for the room, so you can have that whenever you decide to move out.

1 is a young man who is usually at home most of the time. His girlfriend was living in the home as well, but I’m unsure if she’ll be moving back.
