I am so sad that I have to leave behind my amazing apartment at the Village Gate in Dallas as I just found a new job elsewhere! It’s the perfect place for young professionals!
You’ll be sharing the apartment with another female working professional in her 20s. She's super nice, respectful, and easy to talk to!
About the apartment:
• 2 bed, 2 bath apartment
• Your own bedroom with an attached bathroom and walk in closet
• Washer and dryer in unit
• Lease end date: 07/16/2027

• Large V-FIT gym with plenty of machines and equipment, group fitness classes all week from HIIT, yoga, biking, etc
• Village Beach and Country Club with large luxury pool
• 6 pickleball courts at the Sandy Pickle, 6 sand volleyball courts
• 22 pools across the village neighborhood in total
• Buzz and Bustle Cafe for coworking spaces
• Plenty of social commune spaces such as restaurants, bars, little shops
• Wallable forested grounds and outdoor spaces with 2 lakes
• Luxury hotels like the Drey and Anise for visiting friends and family

NOTE:
My current roommate’s friend is temporarily staying with us and sharing her own room. She is expected to move out within the next 1–3 months. During this period, rent will be split three ways, and once she moves out, rent will return to a 50/50 split between the two roommates.
- First 1–3 months: $590 base rent + approximately $45 utilities per person
- After the temporary stay ends: $886.50 base rent + approximately $45 utilities per person
