I have a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment at 2085 Powell Ln, Decatur, GA 30033, which is only 1 mile from Emory campus. I have taken one bedroom for myself, and I want to give the other 2 bedrooms to 2 good people who are looking for a long-term stay i.e.at least 6 months. The rent is only $633 per month, and it includes almost everything (i.e. internet, electricity, gas, heat, water, and trash) from April 17th onwards. The deposit is $633, which you will get back at after 1 year.
