Room description
We are renting out the downstairs bedroom of our house. Comes with semi private bath (only used for restroom by others, no one else bathes in it). Full access to Kitchen, laundry room, living room, and dining room. WiFi, house cleaners, and gardener included. All other utilities split evenly among adults (about 25%). Room was recently painted and new carpets within the last year. We are replacing shower curtain and rod right now.
Must be 420 and LGBTQ friendly.
My husband and our other roommate both smoke outside. Our daughters come home from college sometimes for breaks and other family comes to visit. They stay upstairs and utilities will change based on them visiting (we will take on the extra cost). We also have a small dog. Roommate works nights, I’m a teacher so will be home on breaks, and husband works from home.
