Room description

We are a married gay couple and have been together for over 20 years. We own our 3 story, 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home located in the desirable Southern Highlands/Mountains Edge area of SW Las Vegas.

We're looking to rent out one of our spare bedrooms to a male renter and we don't care if your gay or straight as we've rented to both, what we do care about is you be able to pay their rent on time. We'd also like someone that is honest, trustworthy, easy going and won't bring drama to our home.

You'll only live with me Phillip about 90% of the time because we have homes in both Las Vegas, NV and Long Beach, CA. I prefer to live with someone younger than myself because you'll find I am not your average 57 year old, I act and feel much younger then what I am.

Looking for someone that is gainfully employed or has proof of enrollment as a university student. If you're a university student and your parents pay your bills that's ok by us.

We keep a very clean home, if you don't this really isn't for you. Another very important thing is we don't wear shoes in our home, if you have to ask why again this really isn't for you.

The is bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, two night stands, dresser, 32" TV and there's also a ceiling fan installed in the bedroom. The private bathroom is located right off the bedroom and the laundry room is located across from the bedroom.

NO smokers, NO pets, NO couples and definitely NO messy or sloppy renters.

The rent is $500 plus $200 for utilities and requires a $500 security deposit.
