Room description
Private room available for rent in a large 3800 sqft. shared home. The home is only 2 years new with a relaxing fenced backyard and front patio. The room is furnished with a queen bed, 2 dressers, half-length mirror, and closet. You will have access to:
- Living Room
- Loft game room
- Laundry washer/dryer included
- Shared bathroom with shower and tub
- Kitchen
- Baby playroom (if you have a toddler)
- EV Charger (if you have an electric vehicle)
The monthly fee also requires a set $150/month fee that covers
- Electricity contribution
- Water and trash
- WiFi (2gbps, fastest fiber speeds available)
- Common area and bathroom toiletries (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, etc)
- Furnished kitchen appliances and expendables
- Laundry detergent (supplied by owner, shared by tenants)
- Access to streaming services when using the common area TV’s (Disney, Hulu, ESPN, Netflix, Peacock, and more)
COSTS
- Security Deposit $500
- Rent $850
- Util $150
- Total monthly = $1000
The room is available starting January 20th. Move in before February 1st and receive all January days free. First month rent + security deposit due at signing.
OTHER TERMS
- No pets allowed at this time.
- No smoking of any kind on the property.
- Overnight guests must be approved.
- Maximum occupancy is 2 without prior approval.
- 3 month minimum lease preferred
