Hi Potential Roommate!
Short and sweet and to the point:
My current roommate is moving out and there's 1 bedroom to be rented starting February 1, 2026.
This is a duplex (split house) "apartment" located just walking distance (6/10 of a mile) to beautiful, downtown Morristown. We have available parking in the backyard for you to park your car at no additional cost (not on the street) - which can also cover you + a guest's vehicle if need-be.
The property is rather big in size, and we have a very spacious backyard that includes a patio, outdoor patio furniture, a fire pit, and a propane grill for shared use.
Are you the right fit?
The ideal candidate is friendly, respectful and will clean up after themselves to keep the house organized (shared bathroom + mutual living spaces such as kitchen/ living room). I'm looking for someone who's at a similar place in their lives as myself and ideally, male gender between the ages of 27 - 42 years old.

New tenant is expected to put down a security deposit of about $1,000.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month, and utilities are split 3 ways monthly for the following utilities: (estimate an additional $150 - $200/ month)
