Are you a college student or full-time worker looking for a cozy and comfortable place to call home? Look no further! We have a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom available for rent. This room is perfect for one person only, so you can have your own space and privacy.
At our apartment, we have a strict cleanliness code to ensure that all areas are always clean and tidy. This means you can relax and enjoy your space without worrying about messy roommates.
The room is furnished with a comfortable bed, desk, bookshelf, and big TV, and has a good closet for your belongings. The private bathroom has a shower, sink, vanity, and toilet, so you'll have everything you need inside your room.
And that’s not all! We also include all utilities in the rent, including WIFI, cable, water, trash, and electricity. You’ll also have access to the kitchen, fridge, filtered drinking water, living room, dining room, terrace, and a washer and dryer inside the apartment. Plus, if you have a car, we also have covered parking included.
The apartment building has amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi, gym, etc.
And the apartment's balcony has a beautiful view of the bay and sunsets.

Monthly rent: $1,290.
One-time payment deposit is: $800.
Keep in mind: You will have your own bathroom and shower for yourself, inside your bedroom. Plus washer and dryer inside the apartment, which means you don't have to drag your laundry to the laundromat and pay extra for it.
The room is for ONE PERSON ONLY! So no need to write asking if couples or families are accepted. Thx.
