Looking for a responsible professional for a temporary winter sublet in a bright, fully furnished flat near Dolores Park and Valencia St.
The Space & Amenities:
• Private Bedroom: ~130 sq ft, custom built-in closet, bed, and sunny south-facing bay windows.
• Private Office: ~160 sq ft, triple south-facing bay windows, large desk, chalkboard wall, monitor, and printer access. (This space is exclusively yours, though roommate may occasionally use printer/water plants).
• Shared Areas: Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining room, and a shared bathroom with a classic clawfoot tub.
• Extras: Backyard/garden access, in-unit washer with indoor drying setup, and secure bicycle storage in the basement.
The Timeline & Setup:
• Availability: November 22 to April 18 (some flexibility on an earlier start or potential extension).
• Living Situation: For November and December, you will share the flat with one tidy, respectful male professional who works in the wine industry. He relocates at the end of December, meaning you will have the entire apartment to yourself for the remainder of the sublet (January through mid-April).
