Good for solo , who need a place to stay. This listing is for the master bedroom with private attached bath, in a house in safe neighborhood. Hear the birds chirp while you enjoy a cup of coffee on the back deck, enjoy the quietness, before you head out .Not far from Cumming downtown and not far from Alpharetta and Johns Creek, Lake Lanier and Ga mountains. This is coliving in a furnished house in a safe, quiet working class neighborhood. You will share the kitchen, dinning, living with three other guest. Most of my guest end up staying 6 months or longer till they move or decide to get their own place as need grows. Rent includes all utilities, internet , professional cleaning, lawn service . One month deposit is required. But can be paid in 2- 3 installments if needed. Must go through background and financial check.
