All major shops 2- 3 miles away . Northside hospital less than 4 miles . Upstairs there are three long term guest . You will have access to fully equipped kitchen, Washing machine and dryer in the basement . you will share the daylight basement with another renter if any. Ideal for single.
There is another furnished bedroom and a living/guest room in the basement. You can rent the entire basement for $1900, that way you do not have to share the kitchen or the laundry with anyone. .
Month to month lease . One month deposit . All utilities and wifi included in rent. Should have a stable job. Must go through background and credit check.
House is cleaned by professional once a month.
