This ad is for one of three 13.5ft by 10ft bedrooms with windows, vinyl flooring, and closet in a brand new construction home in the Mockingbird Ridge subdivision. Bathroom, kitchen, and common area are shared. Street parking is available, but garage space is extra. No smoking is allowed on the property.
I'm the owner and only roommate so far and am very respectful, professional, clean, friendly, and easy to live with. My first roommate can help choose the others with me. Pets require unanimous permission from all roommates and may be subject to an additional $250 security deposit and $50/mo. rent.
