Parkmerced is a green, uncongested and safe community located on the westside of San Francisco. This 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment has a large furnished living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen, which would be shared with a 24-year-old male San Francisco State University student who is leasing the smaller furnished bedroom and bathroom for a third year.
