• Shared side-by-side fridge/freezer located in the garage

• Shared storage cabinet in the garage for groceries and personal items

• Shared with one other tenant — labeled shelves encouraged, food theft discouraged

🧺 Common areas included:

• Washer & dryer access

• Full kitchen access if you like to cook

• Use of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans

(Please clean up after yourself — we live like adults, not raccoons.)

• Street parking (easy, normal, no scavenger hunt)

We already have three large dogs on the premises, and they absolutely rule the house. This is non-negotiable.
