Room description
Hello. I (57 male) have 2 bedrooms for rent in my house near Paseo Verde Pkwy and Horizon Ridge Pkwy (I own/live in the house already.) It is a 2 story Townhome in an excellent gated area with 2 pools (one is right down the street from the house) at the base of Black Mountain. Bus stops right on Horizon, Very short distance to 215/95, 9 min drive to CSN Henderson Campus, 15 min drive to Harry Reid Airport, grocery stores not far (Von’s/Albertson’s), Excellent area for hiking.
Both rooms are Furnished (1 does not have a box spring/ mattress, the other does, completely cleaned (Minus the piano that has sold and is gone from the room.)) They are both shared by 1 bathroom (and there is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs) and access to new washer/dryer (does steam too), Kitchen that was redone 6 yrs ago (marble countertop), Dining area, Living room, Backyard Grill and seating, upstairs small Family area. Parking is 1 can park in in the driveway (I use one side of the garage for my vehicle) and parking is right across the street also.
All Utilities are included (Power,Gas,Water,Internet Wifi, Garbage etc) in the monthly Rent. Start off with 6 month agreement. $400 security deposit +$800 first month rent.
Prefer males BUT will consider females also. Please have a job/regular income to make rent (I do work full time myself.) I do have a Olde English Bulldogge so please PLEASE love animals/dogs (she is very loving) so no other animals allowed and NO smokers, partiers etc. Responsible people only.
