Room description

Beautiful fully furnished guest bedroom on a golf course in Perdido Key for rent. The roomies that are here are enjoying the best that the Gulf has to offer. We are 1 block from Perdido Bay, 2 miles from the Gulf and the Intercoastal. Great night life with live bands every night. Amazing food and shopping. We have a 400 sq foot back patio that faces the 12th hole of a PGA golf course. We have a lake, waterfall and a creek in our backyard. There is a fire pit we all enjoy as well as a nice grill for cooking out. You will have access to all common areas of the house, yes kitchen as well. The kitchen is fully stocked because I am a gourmet cooker. Lol! We have fun and work. Our home is our safe space. Laundry is in the house, parking included. Anything else please ask.
