Room description

I have a room for rent in my house. I have lived here for going on 3 years and it has been great. The house is on the smaller side. So are the rooms. We share a bathroom, kitchen and living area. I am very clean and tidy. A single person would be the best fit. I don't have any small children and would prefer someone with a similar situation. Rent is $800 plus an additional $200 (usually a little less) for utilities that are due on the 20th of each month. I am hoping to get someone in there by February 1st.
