Located in Kite Hill, overlooking the Laguna Niguel Regional Park, owner occupied single family 4 bedroom, 3 bath home.
-Looking for a conservative, quiet and considerate FEMALE for an oversized upstairs bedroom (queen bed), 3.1 cu. ft. refrigerator, shared bath with another female.
-Minimum 6 month lease.
-Must be clean/tidy and have the ability to get along with others.
-Not open for double occupancy or pets as the owner has indoor cats.
-The tenancy includes full kitchen/laundry privileges, Wi-Fi (no cable), and access to community amenities (pool and tennis courts).
-Whole house water filtration system, Kangen water machine (no need for bottle water), EMF protection, no smart meters, house filters.
-Utilities are shared with three other residents (typically $125-$150 per month).
-Residents are responsible for keeping the bedrooms and bathrooms clean and bedrooms vacuumed regularly.
-No smoking/vaping of any kind, drugs, heavy drinking or drama.
-Proof of employment, income, references, and security deposit (one month’s rent) required upon move in.
-Criminal and credit background will be checked.

About Me: I am a conservative Christian and train horses (30+ years) The other two ladies work full time. One is has lived here 15 years, the other almost 3 years. This is a quite household, no drama and everyone gets along well. I have three indoor exotic short hair cats who are very quite.
