Room description
I am renting 3 bedrooms at my La Mirada house to college students or working professionals. The house is 3,250 sq. feet and will be shared with a Chapman College student and two working professionals in their twenties. Prices include utilities and the Internet. Each bedroom has a bed and a mini-fridge. Two bedrooms are downstairs ($1,100), and 1 oversized bedroom is available upstairs ($1,300). These rooms are for single tenants-no couples, no smoking, no drugs, and no pets. If interested, please message me to schedule an appointment to view the rooms in person. House is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in La Mirada. It is 4 min. away from Biola College and 15 min. from Fullerton College.
