Room description
There are 2 rooms available.
This one is the smaller one. It's on top floor of 3 story house. There's a queen sized bed, a desk 2 lamps and a nightstand.
You will share the bathroom with one other person who will be in the room across the hall.
I live in the basement with my own bathroom. All to share the main floor-living room, dining room, kitchen.
The kitchen is well stocked and you're welcome to use anything if you wash it and put it away.
My name is Ellen. I'm 60 but look younger. I'm friendly, active and open-minded.
I collect political campaign items and the walls on the main floor are festooned with history.
But your rooms are free for you to decorate as you choose.
The larger room is made up of three sectioned. Both spaces are sunny but the larger one more so.
This room includes a desk, some tables, rugs and lots of bookshelves.
The closets aren't large but there is plenty of room for a wardrobe or dresser.
The neighborhood is diverse, quiet. A mix of young families and retirees, there is plenty of public transportation. It's in walking or a bus ride from three metro stations and four markets.
There's parking for one car in the back.
I don't have .any rules. Clean up after yourself, pay on time and be respectful.
Also I prefer non-smokers but outside is ok.
