A 14 by 14 feet a bedroom with a bathroom for a Professional Female on the second floor available now for $850 plus share of uti. For ONLY Serious professional Females at least 3 months lease. Reduced rent could be considered for managing the house.

Street parking is always available (with a zone 6 permit). Rent does not include the cost of water, gas, electricity, and high speed (wireless) Internet. These total utilities vary from $40 to $100/person/month. There is a refundable deposit equal to one month rent. The house is in a great location, an easy ½ mile cycle ride to the Capital. There are 3 absolute rules: No smoking, no pets & smoking pot in the house, no illegal drugs. You need to be responsible and willing to share cleaning duties or pay your share to the cleaning lady for cleaning the common areas. You will have access to the full kitchen: stove/oven, shared refrigerator, cooking utensils and dishes and wifi, cable.

Its a row house of a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house that has a basement apartment wherein currently 1 guy and 1 woman are living in 2 bedrooms, a bath and kitchen. The house is around 17th and East Capitol Street. 4.5 blocks from Armory-Stadium metro, 2 block from bus 96 and 97 (for U St, Adam Morgan area) and B2, 1 block from bus D6, which goes to Union Station, DuPont Circle, Down town and George Town and Sibley hospital area. Buses generally run till 3 AM. Finally, a short cycle ride down Constitution to Pennsylvania Avenue. You can also walk to Eastern Market or even Union Station, if you like long walk. The neighborhood has lots of parks, trees and is only blocks away from being in the heart of the city Just minutes to 295, 395 and the BW parkway

We are party friendly but only on the weekends and do things like run/grocery shop together. We seek someone responsible, neat, and financially secure. Students and interns welcome.
