The Florida Turnpike High Speed Highway" ON-RAMP" is 1 mile away. So getting to Doral, Miami Beach is quick and easy..

House is 3 miles from the Florida Coastline...we do lots of Boating. Kayaking,Outdoor stuff. Beach,

We have a completely loaded kitchen with all the Appliances you need, 2 Really Big Stainless Steal 26.0 cubic feet Refrigerator/Freezers ( 5 refrigerators thou-out property plenty of space for everybody), Lots of personal food lockers,,and all the appliances you need, 24 hour 6 person Jacuzzi / Hot Tub under the Stars & moonlight, .. A total of 18,000 volts of Blue Neons goes though-out the property, on a daily timer, 24 hour Laundry Machines,,Outdoor Brand New Extra large 36" Hitachi Samurai/Bennihanna propane GRIDDLE & BBQ and outside covered table.with seating for 5. Under the 20 foot long lite gazebo , We have 2 high speed wireless Internet sending towers,,, with 2 different safety passwords.. A back yard Multi- level 50 foot wooden Deck, and also inside, plus HARDWIRE Internet cable to all bedrooms,& Cottage,,& a 50 foot by 25 foot milti-level wooden Sun deck,with deck chase lounge chairs and a 20 foot Gazebo with lights and ceiling fan, Fire Pit, Outdoor music speakers,And power to power ur Gadgets,, And a hot steam shower room, hidden inside the over 1500 palm trees open air under the moon light,, , everybody gets 2 parking spaces,,,and everything is automated ,,,,,,,,House get cleaned weekly .Jacuzzi/ Hot tub gets cleaned weekly. Lawn gets cut every 2 weeks by a Pre-paid landscaper... .All bedrooms are private and lockable,, No Leases & No Contracts, and everything is All-Inclusive !! House atmosphere is like a casual Key West chilled out Villa.......Often we group text each other to see who is doing what... and we do group things together.like house dinners. working out, ( L.A. Fitness in on my street) restaurants,kayaking,Shopping, Clubs, Bars,Billards,BBQ's...Chillin-Out....We also have a talking Green Parrot who lives in the kitchen on top of one of the Refrigerators,,,,,. Mon to Fri The House is very quiet. By 7 am everybody is out of the house . then by 6 PM they start coming home.to make dinner. Then by 10:30 Pm everybody in there private rooms on line..or going in the Hot tub/Jacuzzi chilling out......
