Room description
A large apartment on the third floor with in-room bathroom and in-house washer/dryer. Room has walk in closet, 2 windows facing the east side one north. Access to complex pool and 10 minute walking distance from Miami dade college kendall campus and some restaurants and quickie mart. right off the 874 south turnpike. Dog living in the apartment. I have lived here for 8 years with no issues with neighbors. lease is till June if that works for you , if not I'm looking for someone looking for at least 6 months stay. Only asking deposit and first month
I work in the park service and my dog Teddy lives here he is a lab fully potty trained. if you have question just ask
