There are 2 existing roommates who are looking for a college age, female roommate. The property owner also needs to approve the new roommate, running background check, employment verification, and credit check. The property is kept in very nice condition, has new AC and heat, free
parking. 1pet is currently present (German shepherd) but no other pets are allowed The property backs to a greenbelt and is an end unit so there is only one-shared wall with neighbor. Washer/dryer included. There is off-street parking in front of unit and the 2 existing and 1 new roommate cooperate on the assigned parking spot/common parking spots in the lot. The complex also has a swimming pool.
